Jean loves to cook, especially with exotic ingredients. Her most recent dinner party featured Vietnamese Shrimp Rollups in Rice Paper Wrappers with 3 dipping sauces, a white wine/garlic Zupe de Pesce, Greens with julienned snow peas, red grapes, feta cheese with an orange garlic dressing, and homemade Cherry Cheesecake.
